This will be a memorable day at the park Saturday, October 28, 2023. Our ladies from Los Angeles and Inland Empire met for our last meeting before our close out for November 2023.

As I think back on how long we have been together, I couldn’t help but remember the refrain of the song written by Elizabeth Fitzgerald:

Brighten the corner where you are
Brighten the corner where you are
Someone far from harbor you may guide across the bar
Brighten the corner where you are

We are very blest this month to have three new members joining our group:

                              Dominique, Vanessa and Greta.

So, our group is small I’d say but we have a common bond. We love and embrace each other. We look at the happenings in the world, the unrest, the mental instability that is causing an upheaval among the young, middle aged and even the old.  If we can reach one soul with a word of comfort and cheer then our living is not empty and fruitless.
