Fitness and Physical Activity

Staying fit means staying healthy. Enjoy life to its fullest by engaging in daily exercise. 

 

  • Brisk walking, running, stair climbing, biking, swimming, aerobic dance, or anything else that raises your heart rate and keeps it up for a while. 

  • Drink lots of water to flush out your system.

  • Eat well by way of a balanced diet. Remember you re what you eat!
